Biomass Co-Fire Conversion, Rugeley
Callidus prepared a Transport Statement for the proposed conversion of Rugeley B Power Station to a biomass fuelled plant.  This required an assessment of lorry and train fuel deliveries for the 1,000 MW power station which currently uses 2.5 million tonnes of fuel per annum.
SERC Bottom Ash Plant, Severnside
Callidus provided a Transport Statement and vehicle circulation advice for the bottom ash recycling facility at the Severnside Energy Recycling Centre.  The facility can process up to 400,000 tonnes of waste per annum.  The work included assessment of rail based transport capacity, site layout constraints and forecast of lorry trip generation.
