Preliminary highway access design and negotiation with the highway authorities to secure approval in principle to an access. Drainage investigation and analysis to identify abnormal costs and development constraints. Submission of evidence to LDF Inquiries to promote the site for development.

We provide engineering support for all stages of a planning application, from the land appraisal and feasibility stage,through the project development stage (co-ordinating with other technical disciplines), to submission of documentation in support of a planning application. We also assist in the negotiation of planning conditions and planning agreements (S106) with the planning authorities, and have extensive experience of presenting evidence at Public Inquiries.
